Bachmayer Accounting was founded in 2014. During my time working for several accounting firms I was disappointed with the overall value offering delivered to clients by major accounting firms. The major accounting firms tend to charge fairly steep fees for service and the annual bill may be larger than expected. Productivity and internal budgets are prioritised over long term client outcomes and any non-billable issues are not addressed or pushed forward to next year.
Every minute is recorded so that it can be billed to clients and surprisingly large bills are part of the service. The client usually receives a single annual face to face meeting along with the occasional call to chase up information relating to the BAS returns.
