Mpower You is a private company owned by a sole business owner with a key focus on providing NDIS supports in a flexible manner to meet individual requests. The mission of Mpower You is to empower people that live with complex needs to grow as individuals. Supports are underpinned by values which support choice and control, collaboration with others to deliver the best individual outcomes and the right to individual respect, knowledge, and empowerment.

UnifiedLife Health & Wellbeing Supports was born from a deep passion for people, starting back in 2021 with Disability Support work in the local community and then in 2025 we branched into child and family counselling, being able to walk alongside women, children, teens, and families through life’s most challenging seasons. Founded by Daniel who believes in the power of connection, our family-owned service is grounded in compassion, empowerment, and personalised care, servicing Ipswich, Logan & Surrounds.

We’re not a big, faceless organisation, we’re a heart-led team that treats every client like family. Our approach is neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, ensuring that every person feels seen, heard, and supported in a way that works for them.

From individual and group counselling to NDIS disability support and family-focused guidance, we offer a safe, welcoming space to heal, grow, and thrive. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, trauma, behavioural concerns, or just need someone in your corner, UnifiedLife is here and now NDIS registered.

We are a NDIS disability company ran by people with a disability, what makes us unique is that we are also on NDIS ourselves and have the knowledge from both sides. We value the rights of all people.

Example of we believe in: At YOUR CHOICE QLD, we don’t just claim to be different—we truly are, in a way that’s deeply personal and unique to each participant. You’ve likely heard phrases like “we care” and “our supports are all about you” from countless providers. But when you hear it so often, it can start to feel like a slogan, something companies say to “get” participants.

Here’s the reality of how we’re actually different. I’m the Managing Director, and I’m also a full-time wheelchair user, an NDIS participant, and someone who has support workers myself. I know firsthand what it means to need reliable, respectful, and consistent care. Because of this, our hiring process isn’t just about filling roles; it’s about finding the right people who truly respect and understand the participant’s needs. I won’t hire anyone that I wouldn’t personally feel comfortable having as a support worker. If we don’t have someone on our team who fits your needs, goals, and preferences, we’ll hire specifically for you, ensuring you get the right support from the right person. Let’s talk about the consistency of our support, too.

Imagine a typical Monday, where Mandy has her regular support worker, Joyce she knows Mandy well, and they share an understanding that makes Mandy feel comfortable and respected. Now picture a Tuesday where, Mandy wakes up expecting Joyce, only to find a stranger knocking at her door. She’s received a message from the provider saying Joyce is unavailable and someone new will be supporting her today. Mandy is understandably uncomfortable, as she needs someone who knows her care plan and whom she trusts. Sadly, this kind of scenario is all too common for participants.

At Your Choice QLD this will not happen. We’ll never send a support worker you don’t know unless you explicitly ask for it. Instead, we work to build a team around you, introducing backup support workers who you’ve met and approved beforehand. We understand the importance of knowing who’s in your home, especially for something as personal as support work.

When you choose us, you’re choosing a provider who genuinely values your comfort, consistency, and peace of mind.

This is Our Promise.
